Khamas Hospitality has announced two senior leadership appointments, reinforcing its commitment to culinary innovation and operational excellence across its portfolio of hotels and dining destinations.

The group welcomes Ishan Nagpal as Food & Beverage Manager at The Canvas Hotel Dubai – MGallery Collection and Khaled Kamal as Food & Beverage Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf.

With over a decade of experience across world-class hospitality brands, Ishan brings extensive expertise in restaurant operations, brand development, and guest experience management.

In his new role, he will lead four of The Canvas Hotel’s key venues, including the award-winning Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor, the hotel’s flagship celebrity chef restaurant, the vibrant Estrellas Pool Lounge , the all-day dining restaurant Azalya, and a new tea lounge concept set to open soon.

Prior to joining Khamas Hospitality, Ishan was Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at WANE Group, leading high-energy nightlife and dining venues with a focus on revenue growth and concept innovation. He has also held leadership roles at FIVE Hotels and Resorts, The Oberoi Group, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

Blending operational precision with storytelling-led hospitality, Ishan is set to elevate The Canvas Hotel Dubai’s culinary offering while supporting Khamas Hospitality’s vision of creating distinctive, experience-led dining destinations across its portfolio.

Khaled Kamal brings with him over 20 years of experience in luxury and lifestyle hospitality with leading global brands, including Accor and Marriott International.

In his new role, Khaled will oversee the F&B operations at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf, managing five distinctive concepts, including Indian bistro Jadaf Lokal, the all-day diner Somaya, The Rooftop Shisha Lounge & Pool, Str.Eat Culture Resto Bar and the lobby lounge, The Market.

Khaled most recently served as Head of Food & Beverage at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, where he led a team of over 100 across seven outlets. His previous experience includes leadership roles at Marriott Executive Apartments Dubai, Lapita Autograph Collection Resort, and The Ritz-Carlton JBR.
